Bob Grayson

Known as a visionary, strategist, team builder, merchant and operator, Bob Grayson founded Berglass Grayson, a consulting and executive search firm that services the retail industry. Consulting clients include Perry Ellis, Tommy Hilfiger, AnnTaylor , Estee Lauder, Kenneth Cole and Liz Claiborne; search clients include the NBA, Donna Karan, Sony, Guess?, Target and Brookstone. Grayson joined The Limited in the early 1970s, helping company founder Leslie Wexner grow the business from five stores and $2 million in revenue to more than 4,000 stores and $7 billion in revenue. He retired in 1992 as president and CEO of Limited Stores and Lerner New York, the two largest divisions of the company. A consulting opportunity that followed with Tommy Hilfiger Corp. evolved into roles as a director, chairman of Tommy Hilfiger Retail Inc. and vice chairman of the parent company. He currently serves as a director of three publicly held corporations - AnnTaylor Corp., Kenneth Cole and Frisby Technologies - and a privately held company, Lillian August. Grayson is a graduate of Indiana University with Bachelor of Arts degrees in Economics and Comparative Religion.



Greg Horn

Greg Horn is a partner at Lyric Capital, a Florida-based venture capital firm specializing in early-stage investments. Prior to Lyric, Horn was chief executive officer of General Nutrition Centers, Inc., a $1.5 billion NASDAQ-traded company. He held a number of positions with GNC, as head of marketing and business development and as chief operating officer, before becoming CEO. He was instrumental in building the brand and in expanding the company to 5,600 stores. When GNC was acquired in 1999 by Royal Numico of The Netherlands, he was chairman of Royal Numico’s North American Executive Committee, overseeing all the company’s operations on this continent. He has also launched several entrepreneurial companies, in the restaurant and technology industries. Horn holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Redlands, where he was elected to Phi Beta Kappa, and an MBA from UCLA’s Anderson School of Management.



Richard K. "Rick" Arras

Rick Arras is currently the president and chief executive officer of Wi-Tenn Restaurants, L.L.C., a franchise developer and operator of O'Charley's Restaurants. Prior to joining Wi-Tenn Restaurants, Arras held various top management positions within the restaurant industry including president and CEO of Shoney's Restaurants and president and COO of Cracker Barrel Old Country Stores. He was the president and COO of Perkins Family Restaurants from 1988 to 1998, where he began his restaurant career as a management trainee in 1979. While with Perkins, Arras progressed through the operations ranks in positions of area manager, regional manager, director of special projects, director of operations, and vice president of operations. Arras graduated in 1973 from the United States Military Academy at West Point with a Bachelor of Science degree and a commission in the U.S. Army. He spent the next 6 1/2 years as an officer in various assignments in the U.S. and Europe. In 1986, while at Perkins, he received an MBA from Memphis State University.



Jeff Ross

Jeff Ross is currently a partner at RossFialkow Capital Partners, an investment advisory firm specializing in private equity and M&A transactions. He is a lifelong entrepreneur and investor, having operated companies as diverse as Thayer Pharmacies, Pet Supply Depot, and Quincy Medical Supply. In addition, he serves on the boards of several companies including Party America, Moore’s Lumber, Durand Holdings Corp., and Preferred Rubber Comp., among several others. He is active in many philanthropic endeavors including as president of Belmont Country Club. Ross is a graduate of the Massachusetts College of Pharmacy.



Gary Jacobus

Gary Jacobus is currently the Managing Director of Corporate Partnerships for the United States Tennis Association. He spent seven years with the National Football League as vice president of corporate marketing where he generated over $275 million in sponsorship revenue including the then-largest sponsorship package in sports history, a $72 million partnership with Sprint. He left the NFL in 1997 for IMG, the world leader in sports and entertainment marketing, to become the senior vice president overseeing their worldwide corporate consulting group. During his tenure with IMG, he grew the division by over 270%. He left IMG in 2000 to become president of Trakus where he concentrated on building business partnerships with sports leagues and governing bodies. In 1999, he was named one of the “Forty Under 40” Top Sports Business Executives by “Sports Business Journal.” Jacobus holds an MBA from The Amos Tuck School of Business Administration at Dartmouth College, as well as a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Marketing from the University of Wisconsin, Eau Claire.
